Mamma's Pasta and Gnocchi

It's not difficult to prepare typical italian pasta! Together with a local housewife we learn to make the delicious pasta. We'll use the traditional "chitarra", an instrument with guitar-strings that cuts the pasta.

Gnocchi is a common item in the italian kitchen - together we'll prepare the little potato-balls and several kinds of sauces and toppings for the pasta and gnocchi.At the end of the course we'll prepare a sweet desert from our region and we'll have a nice dinner together. we can offer the courses anytime of the year, but the minimum of your stay should be 2 days.

The courses will be in the little mountain village Fontecchio, about 25 kilometers from L'Aquila. We can reserve a room or an apartment for you (abou 30-35€/Person/night). Please feel free to ask for information about dates and prices, we'll plan YOUR course individually.
